Mark Seyforth / January 27, 2016

The upcoming City of Coral Gables Entrepreneurship Workshop has been made available to budding entrepreneurs who require guidance as they endeavor to develop their ideas and their businesses. Geared toward residents who’ve already retired, the City of Coral Gables’ Adult Activity Center partnered with the Small Business Administration (SBA) and SCORE Miami to help these individuals start a business.

The free event will take place at the incredible Coral Gables Museum (285 Aragon Avenue, Community Meeting Room, Coral Gables, FL, 33134) on March 2, 2016. The entrepreneurship workshop will begin with a networking reception, followed by an expert panel workshop. From 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm (EST), interested individuals will learn the fundamentals of business leadership, branding and concept development.

Those interested in attending are encouraged to send questions and topic ideas to Letty Ellis at or call 305-460-5622. Attendees can register by visiting the Eventbrite page.

Coral Gables Museum, which is located in the heart of the beautiful city, offers a full calendar of events, including the Everglades Photography Experience, Jazz in the Gables,  and the Gigantic Gourmet Garage Sale, and they host a plethora of tours. Members of the museum are privy to a number of exclusive receptions and exhibits. To learn more, please click here.
